I like the idea of checking out the differences in technology use among principles by setting. One question on that is, how would you account for some states (Iowa, Arkansas, etc.) that have laid down fiberoptic infrastructure specifically for their school systems in the overall model? Specifically, would you be able to identify those states differently than others and see if the state level committment makes a difference in the potential variability between urban, suburban and rural pricinpals?
